Redbrick wanted a way to build company culture that people would use every day. Slack was where the company talked, and the reactions on offer there were generic. The idea was a library of reaction GIFs made around Redbrick's own people and its own sense of humour, ready to use in any conversation.

Approach
Redbrick staff are the cast. I filmed them, mostly on a green screen, and composited and produced each GIF in After Effects: more than 170 of them over the years.
Outcome
Redbrick's GIPHY channel has been viewed 13.5 million times. Inside Redbrick, staff used the GIFs regularly in Slack through the GIPHY integration, and they became part of the company's culture.
